ICCCE 2012 to look into BPO industry trends

An estimated 10,000 parti"Thumbs Up Symbol" by keawpikocipants from the top Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies in the country will come together for the International Contact Center Conference and Expo 2012 (ICCCE 2012), the world’s largest trade show for BPO professionals on September 18-19 at the SMX Convention Center, Pasay City.

With the theme:”The future of outsourcing,” the ICCCE 2012 will feature trends in geo-politics, technology, workplace, education and outsourcing and how contact centers can adapt to these trends.

Now on its eight run, ICCCE 2012 is a flagship event of the Contact Center of the Philippines (CCAP)-the trade group that represents 81 global and contact centers operating in the Philippines.

“Last year, we celebrated CCAP’s and the industry’s golden decade of growth and leadership.  This year, we look forward to the future.  If we are to help shape the direction of the BPO industry’s future, ICCCE 2012 has to set the agenda of what the future will be like for us,” says CCAP president Benedict Hernandez.

The second day will feature track sessions with topics on covering operations, people management, technology solutions, and career development among others.

The exposition, on the other hand, will showcase the industry’s latest solutions from the leading vendors, suppliers, and service providers, including co-presentors Aegis PeopleSupport, Aspect, Avaya, Bayan Business, Cognizant, CWC, DOST-ICTO, Globe Business, LogMein, MaxiCare, MediCard, NCO, The Peninsula Manila, PLDT and Silk Road among others.
